I’ve got over 20 years’ experience managing teams and keeping things ticking, with a solid background in rubbish removal, bookings, and making sure our customers are looked after proper. The majority of my work takes place in the office or remotely. I take pride in making sure jobs get done smooth and on time, without the faff. Looking forward to giving you a hand with whatever you need shifting! Cheerio!

Former Vice President of Alpine's #1 junk removal service and co-founder of POSCHE Co. in 2023, I recently stepped away from my executive role with POSCHE Co. Hauling Services to focus on independent ventures and family commitments. Originally from California (New Jersey) with proud Greek and Sicilian roots, I bring a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and people-first approach to everything I do. As Operations Manager, I am committed to leading with integrity, accountability, humility, and service—values deeply rooted in my Catholic faith. I believe in treating every customer, employee, and community member with dignity and respect while fostering a culture built on teamwork, trust, diversity, equality, and second chances.

 My path into this industry was certainly not what I originally envisioned, but every step of the journey has reinforced the importance of perseverance, faith, and embracing new opportunities. I firmly believe that success comes from collaboration, innovation, and being willing to try different approaches to discover what works best for everyone. Outside of work, I enjoy bringing family and friends to church, trying new and exciting experiences, snowboarding, traveling, and taking long walks on the beach. Those who know me would describe me as "a blast in a glass"—someone who brings energy, positivity, and enthusiasm to every endeavor. Most importantly, at the end of the day, I am confident that our customers will appreciate the exceptional level of service and care we strive to provide every day. Yalla habibi!

As a single Latina mother and experienced paralegal since 2007, my professional journey has been shaped by resilience, determination, and a passion for serving others. Raised in the Midwest, I have built a diverse background spanning legal support, business operations, sales, and talent development. From managing entertainment venues to negotiating bulk product sales in local marketplaces, my experience has given me a unique perspective on leadership, people, and organizational growth. As Talent Acquisition & Diversity Lead Director, I bring a detail-oriented approach to identifying exceptional talent and supporting our company's mission.

Since 2019, one of my proudest accomplishments has been contributing to workforce diversity initiatives and helping organizations strengthen equitable hiring practices across multiple industries. At POSCHE Co., I provide paralegal and administrative support when needed while helping foster a culture of inclusion, opportunity, accountability, and professional excellence. Outside of work, I am deeply devoted to my family, friends, and loved ones, always striving to support and advocate for those around me. I believe life is most rewarding when centered on service, meaningful relationships, and helping others succeed.

As a former wedding planner and pianist, organization, timing, and attention to detail have always been at the heart of what I do. Working behind the scenes at POSCHE Co. gives me the opportunity to help plan your "dream haul" with the same level of care and coordination that once went into creating unforgettable celebrations. From booking caterers and selecting venues to coordinating every moving part of a special event, I've built my career around bringing people together and making sure every detail falls perfectly into place.

Today, as Marketing Director & Lead Scheduling Coordinator, I bring that same energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to every customer experience. I may have traded seating charts and wedding timelines for hauling schedules and marketing campaigns, but the goal remains the same—creating a seamless experience and keeping everyone smiling along the way. As a former Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I've spent my career helping people navigate challenges through communication, compassion, and understanding. I joined POSCHE Co. because I genuinely believe in the values we represent and the commitment we make to our customers and community. Building relationships and helping others feel heard has always been at the center of what I do.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll often find me answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and helping ensure every customer receives the attention and support they deserve. My goal is to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible from start to finish. And yes, I may even say a little prayer for you along the way. Don't have a conniption, bubbelah—I've got a great junk removal team ready to help, and you'll be meeting them soon enough!
